Applla provides a platform for project requirement management, utilizing Artificial Intelligence to generate, organize, and analyze project specifications from text, audio, and image inputs.

3. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy

Important: Artificial Intelligence is experimental. Applla generates suggestions based on your input, but it may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive results.

You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content generated by the AI before using it in your projects. Applla accepts no liability for errors in requirements generated by the system.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all requirements, documents, and data you upload to Applla.
  • Platform: The design, code, and "Applla" brand are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
  • Generate fraudulent or illegal documentation.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the platform's functionality.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Applla, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
